What a joy it is to welcome the Christmas season! It’s a beautiful time of peace, love, fellowship, and charity both here at Faith Direct and for all the parishes we serve. We wish your parish family all the best this month. Our team has been working hard to give you the best resources to help your parish flourish during Christmastime and throughout the year.

Faith Direct will be closed on the following days:

Christmas Eve - 12/24
Christmas Day - 12/25
New Year’s Eve - 12/31 (1/2 day)

December 2024 Disbursements

Faith Direct will process donations on:

Wednesday - 12/4

Monday - 12/16

Faith Direct will disburse monies to the Parish on:

Tuesday – 12/10

Friday – 12/20

*Please Note: There is a four-business day period after donations are processed to reconcile transactions with bank and credit card companies before we disburse monies to your church account.

If your parish is currently offering one debit date and would like to add a second, you can contact your Client Relations Manager directly or send an email to clientcare@faithdirect.net.

These are the gifts of the Advent season. The gifts you help share here in our community, throughout the year, with your thoughtful stewardship.

Advent is a meaningful time to reflect on your generosity. One special way to give is eGiving. It can simplify your stewardship and provide steady, consistent support to the parish – so we can be ready with programs, services, and ministries for church families and those in our community. Your recurring gifts will sustain our parish, even if you need to miss a Sunday service.

We prayerfully request that you consider signing up for eGiving from your computer, smartphone or tablet. You can set up a recurring donation or make a one-time gift.

End-of-Year Gifts

As we head into the Christmas season, we want to make sure you know all the different ways parishioners can make end-of-year gifts. There are so many easy ways for your parishioners to donate!

Link to your Faith Direct giving page through your parish website.
QR codes in your bulletins and marketing materials.
Text-to-Give / Enroll
Call our Customer Service Team at 866-507-8757 between 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Parish staff can schedule gifts through the Faith Direct Church Admin site if they have Donor Access credentials.

If the parishioner would rather have someone at the parish make the donation for them, click here to find out how to add those gifts! It will be a scheduled gift that will process on the 4th (or 15th for those with two debit dates). If they would rather make a live gift, they can log in to their account or do any of the above.

If you don’t have a QR Code, Text-to-Give number, or a Faith Direct link on your parish website, please reach out to your Client Success Manager.

Confirm Tax Statement Preferences

It’s that time of year when the world... starts to think about tax statements. You can log into the Church Admin site and view whether you are currently set to have Faith Direct mail statements out to donors on your behalf. You can update that preference on your Church Overview page until Friday, December 13th.

Church Help Center

Did you know there is a HELP section in your admin platform that is a Go-To Resource for common questions? The help sections is designed specifically to provide you with easy-to-follow, step-by-step instruction for all your reporting and platform needs. In the help section, (found in the upper left, on Blue bar) you will find comprehensive guides and tutorials to assist you in mastering every aspect of our platform. Whether you are looking to generate detailed reports, manage user permissions, or explore advanced features, our curated resources will walk you through each process with clarity and ease.

To enhance your learning experience, we have incorporated screen shots and visual aids throughout our tutorials. These images provide visual cues to accompany the written instructions, ensuring you can follow along effortlessly and confidently.

Our goal is to empower you to make the most of our platform and the help section is a testament to that commitment.

Have there been any pastoral or administrative staff changes at your parish that deal specifically with Faith Direct? If so, please contact your Client Relations Manager.

Please note, any changes you make in the Faith Direct Church Admin system are for the display of your online giving page and do not automatically notify Faith Direct staff.
