What Happens After Program Introduction?
Faith Direct is your back-office partner. Key program services include:
Paper Enrollments: Faith Direct will process any paper enrollments we receive via mail at our secure post office box.
Customer Care: We are also available via phone and email to answer any questions you or your parishioners may have.
Account Debiting: Parishioner donations are processed on the 4th and/or 15th depending on what your parish elected.
Donation Reporting: After processing contributions, we will reconcile the gifts and then send your parish a detailed report and deposit the funds via ACH into your designated bank account.
Contribution Files: We can also set up your account so you can download a file of contributions from our church administrator website and import them into your software.
Decline Management: We will handle contacting your parishioners regarding any declines, update their payment information when received, and offer to run a “catch-up” gift for them. Bullet point and indent process:
Annual Parishioner Outreach: Upon your one year anniversary, we will contact you regarding your Annual Parishioner Outreach mailing. This customized mailing provides you an opportunity to continue to reach out to different segments of your parish population.
- For non-enrolled donating households, you may invite them to consider enrolling.
- For active Faith Direct users, you may ask them to consider increasing their gift.
- We have many parishes who use this mailing to communicate their stewardship programs. This anniversary mailing is at no additional cost to you.
Offertory Cards: Once parishioners elect to use Faith Direct for their giving, we strongly recommend you remove them for the parish envelope system. In lieu of envelopes, we provide optional offertory cards that can be placed in the collection basket during the Liturgy.
