This month we’re sharing detailed information about updating your collections for 2022, as well as a special webinar on the exciting new upgrades to our events platform. Also, there’s still time to take part in our Fall Email Campaign that encourages parishioners to keep good habits like online giving – see below for more info. And as always, we have disbursement dates for this month and a schedule of recurring webinars.

Need to update collections for 2022?
Yes, it’s hard to believe 2022 is just around the corner. If you have changes to your collections that need to be updated for the next year, that change can be made in the blink of an eye from your own computer! If your user account has Appeal Management access, simply go to the appeals tab in Church Admin, and then click on the hyperlinkked Appeal ID to open the appeal.
Scroll down to Appeal Collection Frequency and you’ll be able use the drop-down selection to change the month from what it currently is to the month that you need it to be. 
Once you have changed it to the new month, scroll down and click the green save button to save your changes!
We recommend making updates after your December withdrawals have processed. This way everything for 2021 will have been collected and your parishioners will be all set for 2022!

Keep up those Good Habits with our Fall Email Campaign
There is still time to sign up for our Fall email campaign! This year’s theme is “Good Habits,” and the goal is to encourage parishioners to keep up with some of the good habits they might have developed in quarantine—including giving online to St. John Demo Church.
A sample email is available in English and in Spanish here. Download the copy below and make it your own by editing the language to best suit your parish or incorporating any other important messages you may have. 
Faith Direct has also prepared a Fall Social Media Kit with images for use on your social media channels and in the church bulletin that reinforce the need to keep offertory consistent through online giving. 
To utilize this service and have Faith Direct send a Fall eGiving email on your behalf, please reply to this email or contact your Success Manager at alyssa@faithdirect.net with your approval of the email copy as is or with your edited email copy and a spreadsheet of your parishioners’ email addresses. Faith Direct will not send this email without your permission.

Event Forms WebinarEvents are getting a serious upgrade. Join us on Thursday, October 7 at 3PM for a special release webinar on the new system!
We’ll also dive into some specific ways that you can use these new features to their full advantage to put on events that will elevate the experience for both your staff and parishioners. Signup slots make it easy for you to request volunteers from your parishioners and printable tickets are great for hosting in-person events.
The webinar will be about 45 minutes with 15 minutes at the end for Q&A, with our product experts standing by to answer your questions!  |

October 2021 Disbursements
Faith Direct will process October donations on Monday, October 4th and Friday, October 15th. Parish disbursements will be available after 3PM EDT on Friday, October 8th, and Thursday, October 21st.
If your parish is currently offering one debit date and would like to add a second, you can contact your Success Manager directly at alyssa@faithdirect.net or send an email to clientcare@faithdirect.net. |
