| Good morning, After a summer that felt like it flew right by, it's already September and time to prepare for the busy fall stewardship season. Faith Direct is ready to assist St. John Demo Church with your stewardship efforts this year! Read on for information about the fabulous eGiving campaign materials that we have worked up for you. Read on as well for the return of our event forms tutorials and information about disbursement and the holiday weekend. | Fall into eGiving Campaign Fall is a time of settling into new routines, which makes it an excellent time to engage with your parishioners about how they give. Faith Direct has created a communication plan to remind your parishioners that eGiving is an easy, convenient, and secure way to support St. John Demo Church!  You can use our materials to complement your stewardship efforts this season:
Based on the success of previous email campaigns Faith Direct has offered, we believe St. John Demo Church will see a welcome increase in eGiving enrollment, which will allow you to empower your mission and do more for the families and communities you serve. |
| Event Forms Video Tutorial Series: Part Four Need to copy an event so you don't have to start from scratch to set up another? Let's talk about the Custom Templates feature. Another change with our new platform is how to copy an event. Instead of a copy button, we offer the "Save as New Template" function which creates a custom template of a particular event for future use. This will help save time for the next time you need to do a similar event. For events like Religious Education, galas, or any event that the parish routinely hosts, a custom template can be created so all that needs to change is replacing the old information with the new. Check out the help article and learn how to create your own custom templates! |
| Event Forms Tutorial: Bonus Expired Events: If you ever notice that an event has disappeared from the list of your created events on the Event homepage, don't worry! It has only been archived. When you enter a Submission Open and Close date during event setup, please make note of when the close date is, as after that date the status will change from ‘Published’ to ‘! Expired’. The default listing of your event forms on the Event homepage is to only show Published and Unpublished events. To find your expired event, click the Status dropdown (the gray bar above the listing of your events - it may appear as the funnel symbol next to the search bar), select “All” and then Apply. This will bring up all of your events, including those that are expired.  |

| DisbursementSeptember donations will process on Tuesday, September 6th and Thursday, September 15th. Donations processed on the 6th will be disbursed on Monday, September 12th, and donations processed on the 15th will be disbursed on Wednesday, September 21st. Please note that the first round of donations will be delayed a day due to the Labor Day holiday.If your parish is currently offering one debit date and would like to add a second, you can contact your Success Manager directly or send an email to clientcare@faithdirect.net. |
