How to Cancel a Parishioner Account

If a parishioner has moved or changed parishes there may be a need to cancel their account with their registered parish.  To cancel their account log you need to have Donor Admin rights.  Log in to Faith Direct Admin, and look up their account using the Donor Search or the magnifying glass:

When you search, you will get back a list of accounts:

Once the account is located, on their Personal Info page, scroll to the bottom where it says Account Details.  Change Cancel Account? from 'No' to 'Yes' and then it will ask for a reason. 

Once the reason is selected, click the blue Save button and the account will be cancelled.
