Advent Email Campaign
Faith Direct is premiering an Advent-themed email campaign that you can take advantage of to encourage support among your parishioners for St. John Demo Church during this season of giving.
We have prepared email copy with an uplifting message that inspires your parish families to embrace eGiving. You can view it in English and in Spanish and, if needed, modify the copy to best reflect your parish's ministries and priorities. Please send your edited copy (or approval of our copy) and a spreadsheet of parishioners' email addresses directly to your Success Manager or to clientcare@faithdirect.net.
You can also download the Advent eGiving Resource Kit with multiple images for use on your social media channels and samples for your church bulletin. These will highlight the opportunity for parishioners to give consistent support securely through eGiving. Our three graphic options allow you the freedom to pick the look that best fits your advent stewardship theme.

Event Forms Video Tutorial Series: Part Seven

End-of-Year Gifts
As we head into the Christmas season, we want to make sure you know all the different ways parishioners can make end-of-year gifts. There are so many easy ways for your parishioners to donate!
- Link to your Faith Direct giving page through your parish website.
- QR codes in your bulletins and marketing materials.
- Text-to-Give / Enroll
- Call our Customer Service Team at 866-507-8757 between 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
- Parish staff can schedule gifts through the Faith Direct Church Admin site if they have Donor Access credentials.
- If the parishioner would rather have someone at the parish make the donation for them, click here to find out how to add those gifts! It will be a scheduled gift that will process on the 4th (or 15th for those with two debit dates). If they would rather make a live gift, they can log in to their account or do any of the above.
If you don’t have a QR Code, Text-to-Give number, or a Faith Direct link on your parish website, please reach out to your Client Success Manager. |
Confirm Tax Statement Preferences
It’s that time of year when the world... starts to think about tax statements. You can log into the Church Admin site at any time in December and view whether St. John Demo Church is currently set to have Faith Direct mail statements out to donors on your behalf. You can update that preference on your Church Overview page.
We will also send reminder emails over the next few weeks with this information. Any changes to your tax statement settings should be made by Christmas. |

Disbursement Faith Direct will process December donations on Monday, December 5th, and Thursday, December 15th. Parish disbursements will be Friday, December 9th, and Wednesday, December 21st.
If your parish is currently offering one debit date and would like to add a second, you can contact Success Manager directly or send an email to clientcare@faithdirect.net.
End-of-Year Giving
As in years past, gifts processed at the end of 2022 will be released in a special end-of-year (EOY) disbursement in the first week of January 2023. This is a separate disbursement that will only contain live gifts processed in December 2022.
For organizations that process once per month, this special EOY disbursement will include all live gifts processed in December 2022.
For organizations that process twice per month, the EOY disbursement will include live gifts processed between December 16th and 31st. |
