How to Add Processing Offset to Your Recurring Gifts Account

Including Processing Offset in your gifts is a wonderful way to help your Parish! By following the steps below you can easily add that to your account and it will be added to your scheduled gifts.

Log in to your Faith Direct Account
- Once you log in, click on Manage Payment Info
The last question asks if you want to use this pay method to add the Processing Offset to all of your gifts. Change that from No to Yes and you should get a green 'saved' message and it is all set

Please note, processing offset is only done for recurring gifts and it is not currently an option for one time gifting.
