It's hard to believe August is already here, summer is winding down, and children are getting ready for back-to-school activities. Faith Direct is here to help your parish get ready for the back-to-school season as well. Read below for more information on how Faith Direct can assist your parish and various ministries.

Importing Donations to your ChMS
Recording donations from Faith Direct into your parish accounting system does not have to be a cumbersome project! If you or someone at the parish is hand keying the entries, Faith Direct can help! Reach out to your Client Relations Manager and see if there is an import that can be utilized to import the donations all at once instead of gift by gift.
Schedule Your Program Review
Interested in a program review to discover all that Faith Direct offers? Is there staff that is new to the program, or do you have questions about reporting, disbursement, or events? Contact your Client Relations Manager to set up time for a brief presentation to insure you are fully utilizing all that Faith Direct offers and see how eGiving within the church is growing.
Event Forms Tutorial Series: Parishioner Contact Form
We have often heard from churches how challenging it is to collect current contact information for their parishioners. We may not have the magic answer to that, but we can offer a tool that might help.
Check out the "Parishioner Contact Information" template in the Event Forms section when you log into your Faith Direct Church Administrative Site.
Simply click "CREATE NEW EVENT" on the upper right and choose "Parishioner Contact Information" from the Event Type dropdown.
Customize the form to fit your parish's needs. See a live example here. When finished, you can use a direct link, download a QR code and/or use the website embed code--all found in Form Properties under the General tab--to relay the form to your parishioners.
BONUS FEATURE: After a person clicks "Submit" at the end of a form, there is a link they can click that will automatically lead them to your Faith Direct giving page to enroll in recurring giving to your parish.

Mobile App Announcement
Faith Direct regrets to inform that the Mobile App has been discontinued due to lack of use. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. If there is any concern about a drop in giving with the end of the mobile app, now would be a great time to do an outreach! Please reach out to your Client Relations Manager for any concerns or questions.
Reminder: Changes to Pastor and Parish Staff?
Help us keep our records up to date!
Have there been any pastoral or administrative staff changes at <<Church Name>>? Anyone that needs to be removed from our address book? If so, please contact your Client Relations Manager at so we can update our records.
August 2023 Disbursements
Faith Direct will process August donations on Friday, August 4th, and Tuesday, August 15th. Parish disbursements will be Thursday, August 10th, and Monday, August 21st.
*Please Note: There is a four-business day period after donations are processed to reconcile transactions with bank and credit card companies before we disburse monies to your church account.
If your parish is currently offering one debit date and would like to add a second, you can contact your Client Relations Manager directly or send an email to clientcare@faithdirect.net.
