Adding a Parish to an existing Faith Direct Account

Have you moved and the new parish also uses Faith Direct? Did you know you can easily add a parish to your account so that you can continue utilizing Faith Direct for your giving? Follow the steps below:


Log in to you account (https://membership.faithdirect.net/login), and then scroll down on the bottom right, there is a 'Add a New Church or Organization' that can be clicked on.

Once clicked, you can choose the state that you moved to, OR you can search for the name of the parish you are moving to and add it. The parish should be able to provide you with their parish code so you can confirm you're adding the correct parish.


Once you locate the parish there is 'Add this church'

Once clicked, it shows the below message and if you leave the box checked, it will automatically close the account for the parish that you are leaving.

Even though the account for your previous parish is closed, it does not change the login information for that account. Once 'yes continue' is selected, it will ask you to confirm your billing information, where you can either utilize what you had for the previous parish, or you can add new methods of payment to use for the new parish.


Once payment method is confirmed, it will take you to this screen where there are tabs for the two parishes. You can then add your gifts to the new parish. Creating a new account does not automatically add your gifts, so you will have to go through and add them for the new parish.

If you didn't intend to cancel the account for the parish you are leaving, it is possible to reactivate the account.
