Greetings!


2025 has been a fiercely cold year so far for many Faith Direct churches – Most of us have seen unseasonably cold temperatures! Who knows if we’ll see some final bursts of winter weather, but what is certain is that Faith Direct is here for you and your ministries – rain or shine, or snow.


For those affected by the wildfires, we hope you and your parishioners are safe. You are in our thoughts and prayers. The challenges faced by your community during this time are significant, and we want you to know we’re here to help.

February Disbursements Faith Direct will process donations on:

Faith Direct will disburse monies to the Parish on:

Friday – 2/21     

*Please Note: There is a four-business day period after donations are processed to reconcile transactions with bank and credit card companies before we disburse monies to your church account.

If your parish is currently offering one debit date and would like to add a second, you can contact your Client Relations Manager directly or send an email to clientcare@faithdirect.net.         


Tax Form 1099-K Information 

In accordance with Section 6050W of the IRS Code, Faith Direct's merchant processing partners are required to send a form 1099-K to each of our participating organizations.

This form details the gross monthly amounts processed by Faith Direct for your organization in 2024.  

The 1099-K forms are now being sent to any entity that accepts payments/donations via credit or debit card as part of the IRS's efforts to confirm that the merchant processors are correctly reporting their transactions.


1099-K forms have been sent directly from our processing partners to you and will reference “Ministry Brands Parent LLC” as the company name. You can click here for more detailed information.

Now is a great time to stop using checks and envelopes, by switching to eGiving – you can sign up from your computer, smartphone or tablet, and set up a recurring donation or make a one-time gift.


We prayerfully request that you consider signing up for eGiving from your computer, smartphone or tablet. You can set up a recurring donation or make a one-time gift.

Offertory Card Change

It has been standard practice to automatically mail a year’s worth of offertory cards every year to those donors who opt in to receive annual offertory cards. After re-evaluating this process, it was ascertained that a good portion of offertory cards being mailed out were not being used.  To be good stewards and eliminate this waste, we have decided to discontinue the auto renewal of offertory cards.   Please note, we are not discontinuing offertory cards altogether, but simply the automation of sending them every year.   

Donors have been notified and can still request a year’s worth of offertory cards at any time by any of the following options:

  • Online: logging into their account, click Manage Offertory Cards to request more offertory cards and/or download a template of blank cards to print out and use. 
  • Phone: toll-free number @ 866-507-8757 
  • Email:  info@faithdirect.net

We appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we strive to become more efficient to give you and your parish the best possible service.


Updating Collections for 2025

Yes, it’s hard to believe 2025 is here!  If you have changes to your collections that need to be updated for the new year, those changes can be made in the blink of an eye from your own computer!  If your user account has Appeal Management access, simply go to the appeals tab in Church Admin, and then click on the hyperlinked Appeal ID to open the appeal.   

Scroll down to Appeal Collection Frequency and you’ll be able use the drop-down selection to change the month from what it currently is to the month that you need it to be.

Church Help Center

Did you know there is a HELP section in your admin platform that is a Go-To Resource for common questions?  The help sections is designed specifically to provide you with easy-to-follow, step-by-step instruction for all your reporting and platform needs.  In the help section, (found in the upper left, on Blue bar) you will find comprehensive guides and tutorials to assist you in mastering every aspect of our platform.  Whether you are looking to generate detailed reports, manage user permissions, or explore advanced features, our curated resources will walk you through each process with clarity and ease.

To enhance your learning experience, we have incorporated screen shots and visual aids throughout our tutorials.  These images provide visual cues to accompany the written instructions, ensuring you can follow along effortlessly and confidently. 

Our goal is to empower you to make the most of our platform and the help section is a testament to that commitment.

Have there been any pastoral or administrative staff changes at your parish that deal specifically with Faith Direct? If so, please contact your Client Relations Manager.

Please note, any changes you make in the Faith Direct Church Admin system are for the display of your online giving page and do not automatically notify Faith Direct staff.
