Somehow it is already March, and the Lenten season is coming soon. We are only past the first two months of 2025 and yet it seems like so much has been happening!
Faith Direct has been preparing for all the activity the Lenten and Easter seasons bring by creating our Season of Giving Lenten edition. March Disbursements
Faith Direct will process donations on:
Tuesday - 3/4
Monday - 3/17
Faith Direct will disburse monies to the Parish on:
Monday – 3/10
Friday – 3/21
*Please Note: There is a four-business day period after donations are processed to reconcile transactions with bank and credit card companies before we disburse monies to your church account.
If your parish is currently offering one debit date and would like to add a second, you can contact your Client Relations Manager directly or send an email to clientcare@faithdirect.net.

During Lent we are reminded to develop a more conscious spiritual life and share what we have with those in need. One practical way to achieve this goal is to make the change to eGiving for your parish support.
You can use our parish’s online giving platform, Faith Direct, to deepen your commitment to the church and the ministries you care about most. Your recurring gifts will sustain our mission month after month. You will also help our parish by cutting costs for envelopes and paper and allowing our staff to spend less time processing cash and checks and more time on ministries.

Easter Flowers

Offertory Card Change
It has been standard practice to automatically mail a year’s worth of offertory cards every year to those donors who opt in to receive annual offertory cards. After re-evaluating this process, it was ascertained that a good portion of offertory cards being mailed out were not being used. To be good stewards and eliminate this waste, we have decided to discontinue the auto renewal of offertory cards. Please note, we are not discontinuing offertory cards altogether, but simply the automation of sending them every year.
Donors have been notified and can still request a year’s worth of offertory cards at any time by any of the following options:
- Online: logging into their account, click Manage Offertory Cards to request more offertory cards and/or download a template of blank cards to print out and use.
- Phone: toll-free number @ 866-507-8757
- Email: info@faithdirect.net

Updating Collections for 2025
Yes, it’s hard to believe 2025 is here! If you have changes to your collections that need to be updated for the new year, those changes can be made in the blink of an eye from your own computer! If your user account has Appeal Management access, simply go to the appeals tab in Church Admin, and then click on the hyperlinked Appeal ID to open the appeal.
Scroll down to Appeal Collection Frequency and you’ll be able use the drop-down selection to change the month from what it currently is to the month that you need it to be.

Have there been any pastoral or administrative staff changes at your parish that deal specifically with Faith Direct? If so, please contact your Client Relations Manager.
Please note, any changes you make in the Faith Direct Church Admin system are for the display of your online giving page and do not automatically notify Faith Direct staff.
