What a busy month lies ahead for parishes – from Independence Day festivals and fireworks in our communities to beloved summer traditions like Vacation Bible School, day camps, and parish picnics that let churches spread God’s love and share fun and fellowship. Contribution Report We are aware that the Contribution reports are currently unavailable. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue, and we’ll notify you as soon as they’re back up and running. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Faith Direct offices will be closed on Friday July 4th.
July 2025 Disbursements
Faith Direct will process donations on:
Monday – 7/7 Tuesday – 7/15
Faith Direct will disburse monies to the Parish on:
Friday– 7/11 Monday – 7/21
*Please Note: There is a four-business day period after donations are processed to reconcile transactions with bank and credit card companies before we disburse monies to your church account.
If your parish is currently offering one debit date and would like to add a second, you can contact your Client Relations Manager directly or send an email to clientcare@faithdirect.net.
Important Update: Transition to ParishSOFT Deadline
As you know, Faith Direct will soon become ParishSOFT Giving sometime between August and the end of October. To ensure a smooth switch, we need all account details as requested by July 18, 2025. The following account information is needed: company legal details, designated point of contact personal information, and financial account details.
Follow these instructions to provide your account information.
To support you and your donors, we’re soon launching a landing page with a comprehensive Information Center with clear guidance, training resources, and a preview of what’s ahead. In the meantime, you can click here to access some helpful information and sneak peeks.
Your current client relationship manager isn’t going anywhere—you will continue to receive the same trusted support you rely on.
Here is what you can expect:
• A seamless transition of donor data, credentials, active appeals, and events • Continued access to your custom event templates and published events • No changes to your monthly or transactional fees • Full donor support throughout the transition
