Dear Faith Direct Client,


As part of the upgrade to ParishSOFT Online Giving, action is required to ensure uninterrupted service. If you have already submitted your account details—thank you!  If not, please complete this step no later than July 18, 2025.


To maintain compliance with federal financial regulations (FinCEN) and securely transition your giving platform to our new processor, Payment Brands, we must receive your updated account information.


Follow these instructions:  

  • Click here to access your account details form. 
  • Enter your email associated with your Faith Direct account. 
  • Fill out all required fields with the necessary information. 
  • Click Submit once the form is complete. You're done! 

Helpful Tip:  If you are using the “Forgot Password” function and do not receive a prompt response, please check our spam folder.


Why this matters:


This upgrade not only brings you onto our go-forward giving platform (ParishSOFT Online Giving), but also our go-forward payments platform (Payment Brands)—allowing us to offer enhanced features like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and others as they become available. You’ll be joining tens of thousands of ministries already benefiting from this modern infrastructure. Though the name Payment Brands may be unfamiliar, it’s part of the same trusted family: Faith Direct is Ministry Brands, and Payment Brands is, too.


Without this information, we cannot complete your account upgrade, and your online giving services may be interrupted.
