Donor Communication from Faith Direct Regarding ParishSoft Upgrads
Greetings!
As we approach the upcoming upgrade from Faith Direct to ParishSOFT Giving, we want to ensure you’re well-prepared. Below, you’ll find a preview of the message that Faith Direct will send to your donors, as well as resources you can use to communicate the change directly to them. Our goal is to partner with you in delivering clear and confident communication to your community.
If they elect for it, donors get the Payment Reminder emails that are sent out before the upcoming Disbursement dates. Starting with the August Disbursement, the Payment Reminder emails will include the following messaging:
'Dear Customer,
In the coming months, Faith Direct will upgrade to ParishSOFT Giving. Your account and payment information will transfer securely— no need to create a new account or re-enter your details. After the upgrade, you’ll log in to ParishSOFT Giving to manage your giving or make updates.
What you can expect with ParishSOFT:
- Flexible Giving Schedules If you give weekly, your donation will now be withdrawn weekly, not bundled into one monthly charge Prefer monthly? You can update your schedule anytime.
- More Control Over Gift Timing You’re no longer locked into the 4th or 15th of the month. You choose the day and frequency that works best for you.
- More Ways to Give Enjoy expanded digital wallet options, including PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Change brings new opportunities—and this upgrade is designed to give you greater flexibility, control, and convenience while continuing to support your parish. We’ll share more details as the upgrade nears. For questions or help, Donor Support is always here for you.

It has a downloadable document for you to utilize in the upcoming months. Dates of your exact upgrade will be communicated as soon as we have it available. Please bookmark the Information Center page as we are constantly adding more communications and details as we get closer.
