We’re reaching out with an important update that requires your immediate attention as we continue the transition from Faith Direct to ParishSoft Giving.
Faith Direct will no longer be able to process any gifts or payments of any kind after February 2026, the last scheduled gifts will process on February 16th. To prevent any disruption in your parish’s recurring donations, it’s essential to complete the transition to ParishSoft Giving as soon as possible.
After gifts process on February 16th, your Faith Direct giving link will be turned off. Once this occurs, no additional donations can be processed unless your transition to ParishSoft Giving is completed.
We strongly encourage you to begin next steps now to ensure continuity for your donors and your parish. Our team is ready to assist and guide you through the process. Please reach out to your Client Relations Manager or email managed.giving@ministrybrands.com.
February 2026 Disbursements
Faith Direct will process donations on:
Tuesday – 2/4
Monday – 2/16
Faith Direct will disburse monies to the Parish on:
Tuesday – 2/10
Friday – 2/20
*Please Note: There is a four-business day period after donations are processed to reconcile transactions with bank and credit card companies before we disburse monies to your church account.
