Suspended Accounts Report
The Suspended Accounts report is a report that gives you a list of suspended accounts that have either been suspended by the donor or declined during their most recent transaction. The most common reasons why accounts are suspended is because the donor entered their payment information incorrect, if their credit card expired or if they got a new bank or credit card and have not configured it on Faith Direct. The 'Last Attempt' column will give you the date the last attempt was made to process that transaction and the 'Suspension Reason' column will give you a description of whether they were suspended by the donor or during their most recent transaction.
