Classic Events - Registrants Report
The Event Registrants report is available under the 'Reports' menu on your Faith Direct homepage.
This report will give you a list of all the registered users for your event and is extremely helpful because it will do all the work for you. That being said, you do not need to keep track of who is registering for your event and what selections they made to the questions you asked them. It will all be automatically imported to the report.
The Event Registrants page will list all the events you created on Faith Direct since the beginning of time. You will need to select the report you wanted to download. You may select multiple Events but Faith Direct only recommends downloading selecting one report at a time.
You may checkmark the 'Include Billing Information' box to see what credit card type they used, The 'Include Refunded Registrations' box to also include registrants who were refunded, the 'Include Deactivated Options' if there are certain features you deactivated later and wanted to include them as well, and also the 'Show Net Total Registration Amount' box if you wanted to see the total amount for all registrations.
After making your selections, you can view the report on the screen or download them in different formats under the Export drop-down. We always recommend downloading it into Excel for the best results. Please note that depending on the size of your event, it can take longer to download if your event is too large. Below is a sample of the event's report.
Upon opening the report you will notice that the first several columns have information about the users and if you scroll across the screen you will see more columns. These columns toward the middle and end of the screen are populated based on the Questions page of the event. If you asked a lot of questions in your event, there will be more columns on the spreadsheet. The Event Registrants report is self-explanatory and is unique for each event.
3 things to note below are the columns for Registration Date which gives you the exact date and time (to the very second) the user registered, Price column which gives the price paid for the tickers, and the Net Total column which is the amount after the credit card fees are applied. The rest of the columns have answers to the questions you asked in the event. This report will give you a full analysis of everybody's selections.
