How the Faith Direct Program Introduction Works

Faith Direct is designed to facilitate giving to offertory, second collections and unique parish appeals via automatic deductions from parishioner bank or credit cards.
One of the most beneficial features of the Faith Direct program is our robust communication plan.  This communication plan drives parishioners to eGiving resulting in higher participation levels and greater giving stability.
Faith Direct will do the following to introduce the program to your parish:
  1. Create a personalized mailing to go to your parishioners. This customized mailing will include:
    1. Envelope with your church logo,
    2. Letter from your pastor,
    3. Enrollment form listing your offertory collection and any second collections (for those parishioners who want to participate but not go online),
    4. Return envelope that will be returned to Faith Direct’s secure data entry facility for paper enrollments,
    5. FAQs insert for your parishioners.
  2. If you have parishioner emails, we will send an email on your behalf to compliment the customized mailing. We strongly encourage sending emails.
  3. Create an online eGiving page for your parishioners to enroll in the Faith Direct program. Once they create an account, they can manage all their giving online.
  4. Provide enrollment brochures that can be placed in your pews or in your church Narthex for parishioners to take home and complete.
  5. Provide customized parish posters to place around the church gathering spaces to announce the program and details re: how to enroll.
  6. Provide Mass talking points for the pastor. This is an important part of the initial communication to the parish.
  7. Provide text to be included in your Sunday bulletin to announce the program.
  8. Provide logos and links for your website administrator so parishioners can learn about Faith Direct on your website.
To help complete the items listed above, we will provide you with a Program Start-up Checklist outlining the information Faith Direct needs from you and their due dates to mail before your introduction weekend.
