The date range will default to the last 30 days and it will be in ‘batches’.  Each batch will be what was deposited in to your bank account.

To get a total of all of the funds that were deposited in this batch click on ‘Save or Print Details’.  It will give you a PDF summary with each page being each fund and who donated what to each fund.

By clicking on ‘View Transactions’ it will take you to the transaction report for that batch. If you select the Download option, it will give you the contribution export for that particular batch

NOTE: this will include both donations and event payments.

ACH/Credit Card Transactions

Click on Deposits, then click Funding and View Transactions.

You will be able to export the transactions in that batch to excel and then you’ll be able to sort to see who has paid by what payment type.
